Chambersburg Imaging Associates (CIA) originated in Chambersburg, PA over 25 years ago.   Since then, CIA has expanded to serve several hospitals and outpatient centers in Franklin, Fulton and Potter counties. The high quality of CIA radiology services also draws patients from adjacent States and counties.
